Driving to and from work every day could have a negative impact on your health.

The average drive to work is 51 minutes round trip and a study by the UK's office of National Statistics shows that commuters have:
    -lower life satisfaction and happiness
-and higher anxiety on average than non-commuters.
    - higher blood sugar and pressure
    - depression risks rise and more back aches

Experts say the best thing we can do is leave more time to get to work and avoid rush hour.
They say lessening your anxiety about the clock will help lower the overall stress you feel when stuck on the road.Commute to work has negative effect on health
